Gymnastics Practice
Accumulate 2 minutes of balancing in a handstand. For rest in between attempts, rest 6 times the seconds your last attempt lasted for. (Eg. If you balanced on your hands for 10 seconds, rest 60 seconds.)
Then
15-12-9 for time of:
Handstand Pushups
Deadhang Pullups
Focus on form, but do it quickly as well.
